1. Selecting a Video Camera

In this first episode of the Shirtless Apprentice podcast, Matt reviews the following video cameras - Sony PD-150, Panasonic AG-DVX100, JVC GY-HD110U and Panasonic AG-HVX200 - for producing a high quality video podcast. In the end Matt selects his favorite camera.

The great background music in this episode is by Paul Mauriat. Buy his music it is great!

This is great all laughing aside this is very informative. Going through this list of DV cameras is great for someone trying to balance budget and features if you don’t know what you’re doing this can be difficult.
Great job would check in for more subjects.

i agree with this guys selection of the AG-HVX200. i don't really like the Sony PD150 for a bunch of reasons.

Hey dudes

Cool show! Really nice to watch and great tips!

Just wondering if you guys could recommend any AVCHD cameras? Cos the latest version of Final Cut Express can handle that apparently.

Currently I'm stuck with a Sony Hard Drive camera that's not compatible with Final Cut Express - pain the arse.

Anyway, would love to hear what you guys think...

I loved how in this episode, RIGHT when you introduce the first camera, a camera ad at the bottom of the screen appears. When I first saw it I was almost certain it was part of the video until I noticed it was a different camera and there were close and scroll buttons.
